To ensure maximum clarity at any scale, we require vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution PDF. This is essential for large-format projects like vehicle wraps and shopfronts, as it prevents pixelation and ensures a sharp, professional finish.

How long does a vehicle wrap or signage installation take?
Installation times vary based on the complexity of the project, ranging from 30 minutes for minor decals to 48 hours for full wraps. Once your artwork is approved and a 50% deposit is received, our reception team will coordinate with you to find the most convenient time in our production schedule.

What is the process for vehicle drop-offs and installations?
For extensive projects, we typically require the vehicle to be dropped off at our facility. For shorter installations, you are welcome to utilize our comfortable waiting room, complete with refreshments, while our specialist fitters complete the work.

What are the minimum order requirements for uniforms and promo gear? We accommodate businesses of all sizes. While certain promotional items have set manufacturer minimums, we offer flexible solutions for embroidery and digital print to ensure your team is professionally branded, regardless of your staff numbers.

Will I see a proof before production begins? Yes. Every project undergoes a formal digital proofing process. We require your final approval on all mockups to ensure that colors, dimensions, and placements meet your exact specifications before any printing or manufacturing commences.

What types of signage do you offer?
We provide a comprehensive range of both internal and external signage. This includes weather-resistant shopfronts, A-frames, and banners, as well as interior branding such as reception signage, frosted window graphics, and wayfinding solutions.

What are your standard lead times?
Our standard production window is generally 7–14 business days following artwork approval. If you are working toward a specific grand opening or event date, please notify us during the quoting stage so we can discuss priority scheduling.
