At Bseen Promotions, we want to make sure your brand shines from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we get your gear to you and what happens if something isn’t quite right.
SHIPPING POLICY
Because most of our products are custom-branded specifically for you, our shipping timelines consist of two parts: Production Time + Transit Time.

Production Time: This varies by product (typically 7–14 business days). Production begins once your digital proof is approved and payment is processed.

Shipping Methods: We partner with major carriers like DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and CouriersPlease to ensure a reliable delivery.

Tracking: As soon as your order hits the road, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Split Shipments: If you’ve ordered multiple types of items (e.g., pens and hoodies), they may ship from different facilities and arrive at different times.
Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our work. Since promotional products are customized with your unique logo or artwork, we generally cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or the decoration differs significantly from your approved proof.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within [X] days of receipt. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a credit.
2. Incorrect Customization
If the final product does not match the artwork proof you officially approved, we’ll make it right. Please keep the original packaging and items until your claim is resolved.

Order Cancellations
Once a digital proof is approved and the production process has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed. If you need to make a change shortly after placing an order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to catch it before it hits the production floor.

Note: Shipping delays caused by carriers (weather, high seasonal volume, etc.) are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to advocate for your delivery.
